Taking inspiration from the game’s new setting in the ‘urban jungle’ of New York city, CRYSIS INVADES was a mobile projection unit. Via Twitter, game influencers, reviewers and members of the public were invited to come and play the game live on the side of landmark buildings around London and Paris 24 hours ahead of it’s official release.
The activity top trended in each city during game play and the resulting buzz and online review coverage generated truly cost effective awareness and online sales.
